Adding warranty details
Navigate to: Fixed Assets > Assets
Select the Asset that requires warranty details.
Click Edit.
In the Required Information, there are three fields related to warranty information; Warranty Expire Email Recipient, Send Warranty Expire Email, and Warranty Expire Date.
Fill in the required fields and then click Save.
You can specify the email address that should receive Warranty Expiration notification. The system will automatically send an email to the address provided one month prior to the warranty expiration date.
