Setting up provisioning
The next step is to set up the Fixed Assets Configuration page. To complete the provisioning section, ensure you received the email with the password from the XML gateway user. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder before proceeding with the password reset. Also, if a new copy of Production is done or a Sandbox refresh where the Fixed Assets XML gateway user has already been set up, you will need to reset that XML user’s password for the Fixed Assets module to work correctly.
To set up the Provisioning:
Navigate to Fixed Assets > FA Configuration.
Enter the Company ID of the environment that you are in.
The Company Name and Company Type should be filled in.
The XML Gateway User should be “xmlgw-FA.”
The XML Gateway Password should be copied from the email that was sent after creating the web service user.
Click Save.
