If the external user already exists but the access has expired, the expiration date needs to be extended to allow for continued support. To extend the external access expiration date, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Company.

  2. Select the Admin tab.

  3. Click on External authorizations.

  4. Select Edit next to intacctps

  5. Ensure the access field is set to Enabled

  6. Set the expiration date to at least 30 days in the future

  7. Click Save.
