Step 9: Remove GL Script Component and FA Dashboard

The script component in the Close Book page and the Fixed Assets reporting Dashboard must be deleted. To remove these components, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to General Ledger.

2. Go to “Close” under “Books”

3. At the top right of the page, click “More actions” and then “edit this page”

4. Click “Del” on the script component and then save the page

5. For the FA reporting dashboard, navigate to “Dashboards”

6. Click on “View Components” for the Fixed Assets reporting dashboard

7. Click the Trash icon at the top right for every component present in the dashboard until all components have been deleted

8. After all components have been removed, the dashboard itself should be deleted
