Fixed Assets Uninstall Guide

Prior to uninstalling Fixed Assets, we'll go through the undeployment process to make sure everything is properly set up for a hassle-free uninstallation.

With the Fixed Assets application now undeployed, it is ready for a safe deletion. After this step, several follow-up actions will be necessary to remove any lingering components.

With the application deleted, it's important to remove all related components, starting with the custom report packages associated with Fixed Assets.

The final components related to Fixed Assets from the PO Integration are found within the transaction definitions objects. These script components, utilized by the Fixed Assets, must be removed from each page.

There are numerous components on the AP Bill object still linked to Fixed Assets that need to be removed. This step will guide you through the process of deleting these components.

There are numerous components on the AP Bill Detail object still linked to Fixed Assets that need to be removed. This step will guide you through the process of deleting these components.

There are numerous components on the Credit Card Transaction object still linked to Fixed Assets that need to be removed. This step will guide you through the process of deleting these components.

There are numerous components on the Credit Card Transaction Entry object still linked to Fixed Assets that need to be removed. This step will guide you through the process of deleting these components.

Lastly, the script component from the “close book” page and the entire Fixed Assets reporting dashboard must be removed. Once these steps are completed, you will have successfully uninstalled Fixed Assets.
